Manufacturer Warranty

All products are covered by a one (1) year limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the terms and conditions provided with each product.
 

Out of Warranty

Products that are outside of the one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty period are not covered for warranty repair or replacement. However, paid service may be available. Customers may request a quote for repair, replacement parts, or other services prior to authorizing any out-of-warranty work. All quotes are valid for a limited time and may vary based on parts availability and labour costs.
 

Extended Warranty

Customers have the option to purchase an Adesso Extended Warranty Plan to extend coverage beyond the standard one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty. Extended warranties may provide additional years of protection for parts and labor, faster service turnaround, and expanded coverage depending on the plan selected. Pricing and terms vary by product and region. Please contact our technical support team for full details or to request a quote for an extended warranty.

RMA Request Form

Complete and submit this form to request a Return Merchandise Number

  1. Upload a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. Mark the outside of the box with the RMA number. Packages without a RMA # will not be accepted.

  3. All returned products) must be packed in their original packaging.

  4. All returns will be check by our highly trained technician.


Please note that any qualifying item returned between 6 to 12 months from the original purchase date will be replaced with a fully tested and functional refurbished unit.
